Hold video meetings instead of face to face utilising Zoom integration with the diary system

A virtual solution for when face to face isn't viable

In partnership with the Support Engineers at Zoom and as part of the drive to deliver new hybrid and virtual registration solutions, we have sucessfully integrated Zoom into the diary system. This feature allows virtual one to one appointments between exhibitors and visitors.

Exhibitors have access to link up and authorise/deauthorise their Zoom account against a diary.

When an appointment is booked, a zoom meeting link is automatically created and put into each party’s diary appointment slot.

Each appointment slot displays as shown in the window below.

Exhibitor appointment slots with custom profiles will show additional registrant field data in this window.
